ITL problem When rollback to Pre-8

I'm upgrading from a version 7.1.2 on an MCS to 11.0 virtualized,  i've set up the new cluster on a Lab Network with the same IP address of the original cluster to do a one shot migration, but i need a rollback plan.

On the 7.1.2 the phones do not have ITL, but when they register to the 11.0, i did the procedure of the page the https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/60716/migrating-ip-phones-between-clusters-cucm-8-and-itl-files, to prepare the cluster to a Cluster for Rollback to pre 8.0, i see that the ITL file changes, they get a new ITL and CAPF server file, and no TVS and TFTP but when i try to rollbak i get Trust List Update Failed 

What i'm doing wrong?

Hi Jaime,

Thanks for the response, but the Pre-8 procedure is working after all, when i rollback, i get the Trust List Update Failed, but if i reboot the phone it will register to the old cluster, in case of rollback i have to go to the switch and shutdown the ports so that the phone could reboot.
