IVR to option voicemail transfer

Hi,

I have a simple IVR set up in UCCX: single ext 1111 with 2 redirect options to different ext (2222 and 3333). All unanswered calls ( both 2222 or 3333) are going to the voicemail of 1111.

How can i change it so calls are forwarded to the voicemail of the selected extensions?

Welcome to a first vs. last redirecting number. I believe you can set the Called Address parameter of the Call Redirect step to "Reset To: -- Destination --" to overcome this. If that doesn't work you may need to use the Call Consult Transfer step instead.
