I am not certain if this is in the correct forum, please forgive me if it is.
Our company recently upgraded to Jabber 12.0.1 and a number of our teams have noticed that If we are actively interacting within the Chat client and a call comes in, the toast notification pulls focus and we will then auto answer phone calls by hitting the spacebar or enter key. This is only impacting calls that come in to our hunt group, but not calls that are dialed to us personally.
This is is having a pretty negative impact on our team which relies pretty heavily on jabber communication as we are not always all in the same building and could be working on any number of things when a support call comes in to our queue.
I attached a video (sorry for the framing, I just didn't want anything else in the shot)
You can see that after I hit spacebar the incoming call pops into the active chat log on the left hand side.
Is there anything that we can configure client side that would prevent this action? Or is there something we can escalate to our support teams to get this changed?
