Jabber can not control 9971

Hi folks,

I have this issue:

I cant control devices 9971 from Jabber, the 79XX serie is working.


The end user is associated to the phone
The DN of the phone is associated with the end user 

The user of the phone is a member of:

 

Standard CCM End Users
Standard CTI Secure Connection
Standard CTI Enable
Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode
Jabber (This rule has all CTI permissions)

 

 

CUCM = 9.1.2.12901-3
CUP = 9.1.1.61900-7
Jabber Client = 10.6.3
9971 = sip9971.9-4-1-9 and sip9971.9-3-2-10

Can you verify that the phone has the user assigned under "Owner User ID" and "Digest User". Also verify that under the user profile the phone is being controlled and that you have the primary extension assigned.

The owner is assigned.

The user profile have the control and the primary extension assigned.

 

Where i can check the "Digest user" ?

Under "Protocol Specific Information"

Wasn't.

So i assigned "Digest user" with the User but didn't work =/
