Jabber - Click to call from a browser

HI,

When we click to call from a browser, the browser makes a call to Jabber. I get prompted to use Jabber to make the call. I click yes and it works for IE.

If i use Chrome or firefox I get a second instance of Jabber opening to make the call.

Anyone seen this behavior before and is there something that can be done to not start the second instatnce?

Any doscs about this?

I have seen this exact issue. Cisco's stance is only IE is a supported browser and it is working as planned.

I don't think Cisco supports click to call with Jabber with any web browser, unless something changed very recently only click to call from Outlook is supported.
