Jabber users are reporting that their smartphones (iPhone and Android) and becoming unregistered to CUCM after several minutes of no use. We are running v12.5.1 SU2. The users report they have not logged out of Jabber, but were using other apps and Jabber was in the background. Any one else seen this or have suggestions for a solution? Thanks.
