Please excuse my newbie approach to this, it's the first time I've posted here. Jabber will open as if it is going to launch, halts, then opens a window asking you enter information to download the log files. I have a attached photos.

Whats the version of this Jabber? Did you try to update or reinstall? Can you give more details about your issue.

I am having this same issue with a couple users. In my case, both are running Jabber 15.0.1. I don't see a whole lot in common with their devices. One is running Windows 10, the other 11, and both are up to date with patching. We're tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
