Jabber outgoing calls in window client

I am able to make the local call in iphone/Android device,when i try to make a call from Window client iam facing issue on only local calls to mobile,,,,but when i tested in deskphone i am able to complete the calls..,can any body suggest me on this

Are all the phones in the same Calling Search Space?

What numbers are you dialing? external numbers? or internal extensions?

I just had a similar issue, the calls were going out as video, debug the GW and if that's the case, change the config to bearar-cap speech.
