Jabber video at 8851 IP Phone

Hi All,

Does anyone have experience with video jabber with 8851 ip phone?

When using this type of phone, the video feature is not available at the jabber application.

we use CiscoJabber-Install-ffr.11-0-1.zip and msi_setup-4-1-2-0-8049.msi

Call manager 10.5.2.10000-5

Any ideas?

8851 IP Phone doesnt support video. So you cant use video with it

I meant to use  video through the jabber (at my pc) when i use 8851 ip phone

This feature is called desk phone video

Its only supported in Jabber 11.1 and on windows 10.

Desk phone enable video communication for existing desk phone.

• Phone provides audio and video is displayed by Jabber

• Jabber 11.1 introduces support for Desk phone video on Windows 10 workstations.

• Administrator must install Cisco Media services to enable feature.

I made all the required setting and installations but it is still not working

I use also 78XX at this customer and it is work fine.

I just have problem when my ip device is 8851

let me remind that i try to open video at my jabber at my pc - the camera is also at my 

pc, my pc is connect direct to the ip phone  8851  

Any idea?

I have the same problem with the 8851. i cannot made video calls via cisco jabber (11.5), but if i change the phone for a 7945 it allow me to make video calls.

I have phone control over jabber on 8851 but no video calls.

If anyone can help me i appreciate

We just ran into this bug.  11.5(1) is available for download now.  Going to see if that resolves this issue.
