Jabber video call with call manger 10.5

Hello Team,

We are trying to register the jabber client with call manaer 10.5 for the video calling,

How we can achive the video call feature with this setup.please find the version

call manager version 10.5

Jabber cleint 10.6

please suggest for the same.

ok, that's expected, not sure where you got the idea to login like that, you need user@domain to login, and the SRV records, otherwise, you need to manually configure the connection settings, use a username/pwd, not dn@IP, have you ever worked with Jabber before???? Have you reviewed the Jabber documentation?????

Yes,i have tried with username@IP but still the same issue,

Yes we were using the jabber client with call manager 8.5.

AFAIK, you don't need to configure any thing additional to use video calling as long as both clients included in a call supports video. You can cross verify couple of paramters like video calling enabled on device page, video bandwidth etc however default should work for you.
