Simply configure Jabber for windows as per the documentation, that's it, video calling is already enabled by default, have you tried it????
Assuming they're in different regions, simply make sure to allow enough BW between them for video to be used.

It seems you're trying to login with DN (5000). Please note that you need to use end users user id for login, not DN.
BTW, I asked you what did you configure under Advance Settings? (settings below to username and password in Jabber).

In of the thread, you've mentioned call manager version 8.5 and other time, 10.5. Which version you're using?

Ok, if your end users user id is 5000, CSFTEST device with respective end user is associated and DN is also assigned to CSF device, nothing additional required for Jabber to registered with CUCM. Please check the connectivity between your computer and CUCM. In addition, take PCAP traces from computer and see what all messages are exchanged between Jabber and CUCM, this may give some hint to check further.

for video to work, make sure that video is allowed between the regions of the calling and called device. if your Jabber clients are in the same device pool, the by default your intra region settings will allow video.
are you using srv records to resolve your cups server at login? in which case, use your domain name to log in like john.doe@acme.com.au for instance

Configure a SIP trunk on CUCM side and a neighbor zone in VCS to make calls between them.
