Hi everyone, we're having the following issue: When we dial into a conference line (join.me or Skype for Business) and enter a conference code, each digit in the conference code is doubled up. e.g. when I enter the conference code 264818724 the conference tool receives it is as 226644881188772244 and obviously can’t find the conference. This happen with all the phones of the campus.
I'm pretty new in the company, with little experience on VOIP systems (but never used CISCO platform), here we are using Cisco IP phones 7940/1. and I use CUCM version: 7.1.2.31900-1 to add new phones.
