Good Day. we have an CTI application built using CISCO JTAPI API and working fine when we monitor the extension which is not part of the recording list.
The extension which is part of the recording where the CTI is enabled for this extension with another user we are not able to receive any events.
so the difference is one of the extension which is already tagged under another user we are not able to receive events. any idea on how to resolve this.
