I was wondering if anyone knew where I can find the logs for LDAP errors with JTAPI in CUCM 8.5?
Example:
JTAPI tries to verify a user's username/password, CUCM reaches out to Directory server, Bind account is successful, Directory Service reports that the user's username/password is not correct/expired/locked/etc.
I know the client will log the error, but thats not a central searchable location. Was really hoping it's logged maybe in the CTIManager logs, etc
