Lab/Practice with QoS

Does anyone know of or have any good labs where you're given the task of configuring QoS on a basic network?  Up until now I've mostly been troubleshooting deployments that already have it configured, and wanted some practical experience configuring it from the ground up.

You can use GNS3 labs, if you google you will find plenty of them, like the below:

Other option is to use a reputed training vendor like INE, IP Expert etc. and use their workbooks and rental racks - if you are willing to pay.
