Hi Team,

We want to have a landline (one single number) to accept incoming calls for audioconference. Could this landline be routed to several extensions (that are routed to Spanish audioconference system) depending if is busy or not?

The idea is that different people call to a single number and the PABX accepts all incoming calls and don’t reject people because the landline’s single number is busy. Could this be done?

Sounds like you are looking for a MeetMe number. It is the closest thing to what you are looking for without having to buy another product.

The MeetMe number must first be initiated by hitting the "MeetMe" softkey and entering the MeetMe number. Then, all attendees may join by simply dialing the MeetMe number.
