I currently have my cucm integrated with AD- we use the UPN as the userID.

is there any way to automatically append the domain name to the userID in the EM service so the users dont have to type it in

There is no such inbuilt functionality on CUCM to achieve this.

Manish is correct (+5), your only option would be to use different attribute or purchase 3rd party product that logs in automatically based on PC access.
