LDAP integration with Call Manager 8

Hi

I am trying to setup Cisco Call Manger version 8 LDAP integration with AD. I am currently using telephonenumber  for the LDAP attribute for user id, under LDAP system and on the LDAP search base parameter under LDAP directory, I am using ou=LRTUsers, DC= rap dc=ie. The syncronsiation works fine ad the LDAP details come accross.

My question would be, is it possible to synchronise the ip phone field in AD rather than the telephonenumber field?

Hi,

CUCM will sync either telephoneNumber or ipPhone but not both. So you can choose to use ipPhone. Please refer to:
