LDAP problem - CCM 5.04 vs. Novell eDirectory

Hi all

We have problems with synchronizing LDAP users from Novell eDirectory to Callmanager 5.04.

Tested Configuration:

CCM5 - system version: 5.0.4.2000-1, sdministration version: 1.1.0.0-1

CCM5 LDAP Settings:

System->LDAP System->LDAP Server Type = Netscape or SUN One LDAP Server

System->LDAP System->LDAP Attribute for User ID = uid

Created a new LDAP configuration with LDAP manager and password. A top most organization unit container was selected as a LDAP User Search Base, where there are at least 50 users in 5 subcontainers. Only 20 of them were synchronized to CCM's internal directory. The sync job appears to be stuck or runs forever without any sign of progression.

Tested against two Novell LDAP servers

Novell Netware 6.5 SP5 , eDirectory verze 8.7.3.7 Novell OES Linux SP2, eDirectory verze 8.7.3.7
