Deat Team,
When we change the user profile in Active Directory for example his fax number or ext, there is no sync in the call manager. So users when make search in the phon they cant fine the user
Is this safe to use "Perform Full Sync Now" in peak hours. This can effect users?

As you have found the update will only apply when the scheduled sync occurs or when you run a sync manully. Yes it is safe to run during peak hours. Even if a user was deleted by mistake on your LDAP server the user would be marked inactive but still function for about 48 hours before they are removed from CUCM. However if you do not delete users running the sync during business hours should not cause any problem.

Dear Joe Martini,
When i tried to save after "Perform Full Sync Now",I found cucm is not accessible to the LDAP.But before it was fine.
we also upgraded call manger from 7.1 to 8.6 one month ago,may be something wrong after upgradation.
Best Regards,
Waqas

You need to check your CUCM distinguish user credentials...Check the username and password. You may want to try something like username@domain.com..
If the user is waqass..and the domain is uclab.com..then use waass@uclab.com

It the old system was upgraded everything should be preserved from your old configuration. If you upgraded using a different server or new install there are a few things that may have been missed. First are you using secure LDAP (SSL)? Are you using a FQDN for the LDAP server entry? Make sure CUCM has DNS that can resolve the FQDN if it's a name and make sure the correct certificates are on the server if you are using SSL for LDAP.
