Hi,
cucm not syncing with MS Active diretory (ldap) .
What are the troubleshooting steps ?
If in case we need update directly on the cucm ,how can we do that ?
IS there any impact manually running sync during working hours

Start by making sure all the parameters you're using for the integration are the right ones, and that the user has read permission over the OU/CN you want to sync.
You can also try to read the LDAP logs.
An active LDAP user has only a few fields you can update directly in CUCM, anything else which you cannot edit there, needs to be changed in LDAP.
That will depend on the amount of users you want to sync.

It was working and suddenly stopped ,
Ldap logs means active directroy logs ?
or from the cucm , if cucm where can I find the logs ?

Use RTMT tool to pull logs.
What happens when you go to the directory integration in CUCM and press Save on it without making any changes, does it come back with success or do you get an error?
You can run manual syncs at any time, it does not cause any issues.
