License file failed to upload

I have created a license request for a new BE6000s through the PLM tool. I have created the licence with the PAK and signing request and downloaded the license file. I have extracted the zip file so that I have the .bin file. I choose to fulfill from file.I repeatedly receive the message failed to upload file. Has anyone come across this issue.

Thanks

Any solution to this problem?

I ran into it multiple times so far.

There is nothing special about the way I upload the file. Download it from License portal - move (not copy) it to USB and from there to the designated system - there chose the file via context menu and hit upload - error "file failed to upload" - no further info.

Occasionally I've had a dud file.  Raise a case with Cisco Licensing and they'll sort it out.   They'll need the PAK and your "licence request" text from your PLM.  Just to be safe generate a new licence request.

Thanks a lot for your feedback Tony! Turns out the Smart Licensing portal seems to have some issues with the 11.x licenses and somehow didn't generate the licenses correctly. After I opened the service request and provided the Cisco TAC a newly generated license request and the PAK, they provided me with a license file that worked. In case somebody runs into a similar problem, it's also worth mentioning not to unzip the provided license file, but to upload it to the PLM as it is. /case closed for me, Cheers
