I have a problem when second call comes in native cucm queue in the below scenario ,I made this diagram for check calling number before go to queue, so when someone call 123 from internal or DID (22222123), green path works fine, but when call IVR number 22222444(blue path) and then dial 123 first call works find and hear MOH queue but second call hears nothing, Could you please help me to find the root cause?
