License not synch

i have aproblem with my Pub and Sub

two server appear below message and can't login to PLM

Do you host PLM on Publisher or different server?

If it is different? Can you try to ping and access via Web GUI?

 

Also try;

System --> Licensing --> License Usage Report --> Click on Update Usage Details

Down the bottom of that screen it will tell you where CUCM is currently looking for its licences.  If you've lost or broken your existing PLM you will need to lay your hands either on a previous licence file, or a previous licence request.  That will let you install a new PLM and get Cisco to re-host your licences.
