Dear All,

We purchased 1800 CUWL std Licenses, total registered phones 1500. i assoicated jabber profile for 1200 users with 4 profiles.each user has 4 profile. do i need to create a profile for 300 users in order to occupy CUWL Std?

Hi Siva,

Each CUWL standard license supports multiple devices and Jabber IM and Presence features, you can check the following for details

You can monitor the license usage via the ELM/PLM GUI.
