License Voice Mail Question

There are 290 voice mail licenses tied to a Serial number on that existing router. Will those voice licenses and the voice mail port licenses need to be re-hosted to a different Serial number?

Maybe you want to clarify what you have becasue router does not run voice mail. Maybe you have Cisco Unity Express.
