In Cisco unified communication version 8.5.x
We want to limit some ip phone user's talk time. Forexample after 5 munite we want to hang up their call automatically. Is it posible and how to do it?

No, it's not possible.
There is a setting but it' global, meaning each and every single call in your cluster would be affected by it.
