We have an request by several agencies to limit the outbound call time with a warning signal in a Cisco environment. We do not want to change the global settings for all calls. Specific devices need to be limited. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

That's not possible out of the box, you would need to look into External Call Control Profiles or scripts you can run on the ISRs/CUBEs to do that. Not sure if any 3rd party developers have something already for this need.

Or a hardened phone appropriate to a detention facility that can implement this limit on its own.
