Hello all,
A customer is experiencing a problem whereby the "Line Text Label", isn't showing up on the phone for 2 new phones that have just been added to their CUCM. I found a related link during my searches but there they get "Not available on this device" and suggested to be caused by a bug CSCeb37182. However in this case only the extension number shows up, nothing typed into the Line Text label is displayed. All other 7940 phones on the node don't have this problem.
Any help in better understanding/resolving this issue will be very much appreciated.

Device Type: 7940
Phone Load: P0030801SR02
- Tried creating a test extension for the 2nd line but the same problem
- Deleted the lines and added them back but same
- Deleted the line and phone from cucm but the same

Hi Azeez,
Try registering the phones with the Publisher by creating a new callmanager group, also a restart of TFTP service can be done followed by a reset of these phones.
