We currently use IPFX Contact Centre which is integrated with our CUCM11.5 cluster via an "Application User" and Cisco TSP running on the IPFX Servers.
I would like to list all of the CUCM objects (CTI ports, phone ports and IP telephones) that are associated with the application user - i.e they are list as "Controlled Devices" under "Device Information". I've tried "export users - all details" and "export phones - all details" but neither contain the information I'm looking for. There must be at least 500 objects all told so using the scroll box to list them five or six at a time is a bit of a tall order. I've also spent a lot of time with a utility called SoapUI but my lack of experience in this area has let me down.
I presume that I need to build a command syntax around a "run SQL query" but I've come unstuck trying to find data definition document which defines which tables to query or columns to reference. Any SQL gurus have a syntax that they would be prepared to share.
