since CUCM on UCS doesn't support USB, it seems that an MCS server has to be deployed to accomodate the USB sound card, has anybody have other idea? such as retrieve the audio stream from a router voice port, like what CME does.
thanks!

The recommendation is to use a standalone MCS to handle MoH.

You can still use the SRST as multicast MOH config while using UCS if that's what you're asking.

I'm doing it off a router instead. Take a look at this reply: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3265999#3265999

all replies help. i'll keep one of existing MCS servers to do the MoH for now, this is the easiest and safest way. I believe CUCM on UCS will support USB someday, then this MCS can be decommissioned. thanks guys!
