Loading 7961 sccp.8-3-3 on CUCM 10.5

Any issues loading 8.3.3 onto CUCM 10.5?  I have a couple of phones that came out of storage so never updated past 8.2 so from the release notes for 9.x seems I need to load 8.3.3 as a minimum, set the load for the handful of phones having the issue and let them upgrade and then remove the load information from the phones and cycle them again to have them upgrade to the correct version.

No, you should have not issues doing that.

Thanks.  Can i download the .cop.sgn file, extract the files and then upload all of them, except for the term61.default and term41.default files to the root of directory?

No, if you want to do that, you need the .zip

The only zip files I saw were compatible with CUCM 3.3 to 4.2.  Is that fine to use?

That's your only option if you don't want to install all the files that come in the cop file
