I am unable to connect the routers to the internet. I have the cisco Ip phones 7945s and the 7841s. I have the firmware needed for the phones on my pacstar 447 routers, I have each type of phone in its own folder in my voip folder on the router. I have no other versions of the phones on the router but when I plug them in, I get an ip, and the domain name, they try to pull a number that isn't in my list of numbers given for them to use. And they won't pull the new firmware from the routers. They are keeping there old firmware. I have the firmware I want them to use in my load commands in voice register global. One of the phones takes the firmware but won't change to the new phone number. What can I do to fix this
