On CUCM 5.1.2 / 5.1.3:
Is there any way to get a log of the last time each SIP device successfully registered? I am interested in a log covering all configured SIP phones.
The real-time tools don't give me what I need - I need to see if a device ever registered; reg'd in the past month, etc.
TIA.

Here is the procedure to gather the CCM traces:
1) Run the RTMT tool
2) Select Tools -> Trace -> Trace & Log Central -> Collect Files
3) Check the Cisco CallManager from all the servers hit NEXT, NEXT one more time, check
Relative Range , configure the number of minutes to cover the fail
4) Change the directory where you are going to write the file, and check the option ZIP.
After that hit the option FINISH and that should be all.

Hello, wich tool do you use to make easier when you read the traces? I usually use the notepad or excell but is very hard to follow or to find a call or the registration of a device.
