Login attempt failed due to Peripheral Offline

Hello

I receive this error when login using the CDA to the IPCC system , I found some document state that the problem in th Jtapi user passwords , I really can't understand what I should do

if anyone can give me more instructions

This may be because the RMJtapi user had a password change in AD. Change RMJtapi user account password back to what it was.
