Hi,
I am configuring Call-Block patterns in CME4.3 with 7911 and 7941 phonnes
The problem is that the login softkey does not appear ine the phones for call-block overriding
Some one can tell me what can I do to make the phone display that softkey.
Regards.

configure the ephone-template and assign the softkey to onhook state, then apply it to the ephones
HTH
java
if this helps, please rate

I configured the ephone-template with the "softkeys idle login" command and it does not work (only non configurable keys are displayed).
I dont know how to assign the softkey to onhook state. Normally the login key work in the idle state of the phone no?

I'm having trouble about it too, and here's what I've done to make the login softkey active.
1. Make sure that the login softkey is activated in your ephone-template under idle state.
e.g. ephone-template 1
softkey idle Newcall Login
2. Make sure that the particular ephone you what to be login has a pin.
e.g. ephone 3
pin 1234
3. Finally, the most important thing, and also I overlooked that's why we cannot activate the login key is that we should put a login timeout under telephony services.
e.g. telephony services
login timeout 240
