Loking for info about countries with VOIP restrictions

Hi

Does anyone have information or knows where to find information about countries that have VOIP restrictions.

In india for example it is forbidden to connect A PSTN call with a VOIP call so TEHO, transfer of calls to other voip sites and so on are forbidden. What other countries do have restrictions like this?

The only countries that come to mind are UAE, China, and India. If you go by countries where services like Skype are blocked, then that list is longer.  You can search google for terms like: countries that block skype
