long beep when call to FXO

Hello, I have some issue with calls on FXO to FXS ports when using CUCM. So, I have 6 FXO ports and 8 FXS/DID ports registered in CUCM. When I call from PSTN to one of this FXOs then after first beep, there is long beep. And only after that call happening and called party hear ring on analog phone. Is anyone know anything about this?

What is the CUCM version ?

What is the gateway router model & IOS version running into it ?

CUCM version 6.1.4.1000-10.

Router 3825 IOS version C3825-SPSERVICESK9-M  12.4(3i)

Customer use EVM-HD-8FXS/DID with EM-HDA-6FXO

signal method is loop start on both FXS and FXO.

MGCP is used for call control.

Also there is a E1 PRI configured on a gateway.

Thanks. I would try tweaking the signaling on FXO port among the options available there. I guess they are Ground Start & POTS.
