I'm looking for a simple low cost dialer app for a few users from our sales dept to use. Basically something that will hold a list of 45-50,000 contacts and allow the sales rep to click on the number to dial it and then write in notes associated with the call.
Obviously must be able to work with a Cisco VOIP system and be a simple setup. Any ideas?

Hi,
If your Cisco PBX is Call Manager and you are using the user directory you can use the webdialer appication from with CCMUSER login.
Hope this helps

Alex is correct. You can also look at ClicktoCall which is supported in CUCM 7.x and higher. This allows you to dial from common MS applications and common browsers (IE + Firefox).

Unfortuntely we are on 6.1.1.2000-3 but did notice that ClickToCall works with 6.x
