Lost softbutton features 7965

I have lost softbutton features ( Conference ) on a 7965.  Is there a way to upload the TFTP file to just that phone or is there another way to fix this issue?

Did you verify the "Softkey Template" assigned to the phone?

Hmm there is not one assigned.  But it seems all the phones here do not have a template assigned either

The "conference" softkey is assigned by default. Try assiging the "Standard Softkey" template to the phone and reset the phone.
