MAC address on 7937g changed to 000000000001

One of our 7937g IP conference station phones has lost it's MAC address and now registers in CM as 000000000001 as the MAC. Don't know how this happened. Has anyone seen this happen? Is it fixable? Tried resetting to factory defaults, but still the same.

Have you checked your switch to check what the actual MAC address is? (arp table for instance).

what happens if you re-add the phone with it's real MAC address (in accordance to arp table) after having removed the 0000...001 MAC config in CM?
