Hi,

double check a few things ...

1) Open UltraISO
a) In File > Open ... select you CUCM ISO.
b) In Bootable > Load Boot File .... select the Boot.info file
c) In Bootable > select Generate Bootinfotable
d) In File > Save As ... save your bootable CUCM ISO

Hope this helps

I have done this many times and have not had any issues. Have made your boot file?

You need your boot file first.

Hello @monasir .

We are looking for CUCM 10.5.2 ISO File and I and I could see that you had a post in the Cisco community where you were trying to make it bootable.

Do you have 10.5.2 ISO files? Could you share it with me?

Thanks for your attention.
