Hello All,
Suddenly PSTN incoming calls are not working for perticular range of DID. When i dial the number from outside, the calls are dropping after giving busy tone, before busy tone im hitting 10secs of silence. Checked the followings:
1. Users partition is in gateway's CSS
2. There is no Translation pattern or route patteren for same DID.
3. Getting the error message "Mandatory information element missing" in Debug ISDN q931 and getting value 96 in "origCause_value" CDR.
Am i missing anything?, please let me know.

Please post your full config, the calling number is only 5 digits, can you try making a call from a number that is properly presented, i.e. your cell phone?
Is thi H323/MGCP or SIP GW?

Check if the far side is a 4ess switch. It sounds like an sdn service if so you need to set you switch type to 4ess and add NSF service sdn to the dch config.
