Manipulate Calling Party Number to Single PRI

Hi Guys!

Would like to seek you help with this problem. I have a call manager 10.5 controlling singe circuit E1 via MGCP.

This E1 Circuit has 3 DDI range with it. Let's say;

780 76XX

464 25XX

354 11XX

I am implementing 4-digit DN scheme. My problem is, without explicitly telling respective DN (e.g. 7601) it's DDI (i.e. 7807901) on it's line "External Phone Number Mask" i cannot properly represent calling party number to send in a single PRI the complete DDI.

Is there a way I can implement in CUCM to properly represent my DN's DDI to send in my PRI without touching DN's External Phone Number Mask? PSTN is expecting to receive 78076XX or 46425XX or 35411XX

Thanks in advance!

Yes you can.

Create 3 called party transformation patterns and assign prefix digits to them:

76XX --- prefix 780

25XX --- prefix 464

11XX --- prefix 354

create a pt (e.g. xformed-pt) and assign it to css (e.g. xformed-css). Assign the transformation patters to xformed-pt and assign xformed-css to mgcp gateway 'called party transformation pattern css'. Remember to uncheck 'use device pool css'.
