I have an environment that has both Cisco hard phones and soft phones. Some users may have both, and use both.
What is the best way to mark the packets on an access port so that both come out as DSCP EF?
We would like to use AutoQoS if possible.

Hi Patrick,
You can use the mictosoft group policy to have the packets marked as EF for RTP port range and have the Cisco Switch trust the markings from the PC.
Refer to the link below:

Another option can be to make use of Cisco Media Services Interface (MSI). Before Cisco Jabber for Windows sends audio media or video media, it checks for Cisco Media Services Interface .
• If the service exists on the computer , Cisco Jabber for Windows provides flow information to Cisco Media Services Interface . The service then signals the network so that routers classify the flow and provide priority to the Cisco Jabber for Windows traffic.

You can use Trusted Relay Point (TRP) to remark the packets from soft phones.
