Hello Cisco IP Telephony expertise ,
can help me solve the problem..i have a ip phone 7942 model. In CUCM,
the scenrio is like this.
It has 2 line number into that 7942 model ip phone which is 4618 and 4595. When external phone number like my handphone number
call the internal number extension, like 4618 ext number, and then when there is no unswered within 5 seconds, it will forward that call to
the ext number 4595 which is cisco portable phone. The problem is , when the call is forwarded to that portable phone number, 4595 ext,
it come out with the wrong ext number display in screen of portable phone which is 4488 (general number) . Actually, it will come with the number ext
4618.
Can u guys help me come out with the problem..Thanks

On the directory number setup you can play with the following settings:

Hi Chris Deren,
All this checkbox have a thick. the wrong number displayed also .
Any suggestion other solution ?
