Does anyone know if there is a max number of shared lines that can appear on a single 7965 w/ a sidecar?
I have a user's who's phone is having constant problems, such as being sluggish to respond to buttons and even resetting. This user has more shared lines on their phone then anyone else, 18 shared lines to be exact, meaning all 6 buttons on the base and 12 buttons on the 7916 sidecar. She also has all the lines set to audibly ring (unusual for us, but this is what she wanted).
Is 18 lines too many for this phone? I can't seem to find anything that references a limit on a particular phone. Thanks!
