What is the tolerance limit of Maximum Jitter and Average Jitter for Cisco IP Phones. The Call Manager version is CCM 4.1.(3). Currently I see Maximum Jitter 1 and Minimum Jitter 0 for I hit ?? on IP Phone. I haven't checked the other fields, but will appreciate recommendation for other fields as well in ?? Cisco IP Phone.

As long as jitter stays below 30 ms you are in good shape.

I thought the jitter is displayed in the form of counter. I mean the way it increments by the number 1,2,3 etc. How do we calculate into ms.
Is 30ms recommended for both maximum and average jitters.
Any recommendation for other fields when ?? is pressed.
