Maximum number of concurrent phone calls on a phone

we are running CUCM 10.5

i noticed that between our phones we can only have 2 concurrent calls before the 3rd person calling the user is sent directly to voice mail. is there a way i can increase that to 4?

Adjust the maximum number of calls and busy trigger as needed.

No, this setting is per line, but you can use BAT.

Hi.

You can use Bulk Administration Tool to update all lines in one shot.

Bulk Administration Tool --> Phones --> Add/Update Lines --> Update Lines

Query your Directory Numbers with preferred option, click Find

Look at found DNs and click next

Click on "Maximum Number of calls" and write the desired value

Click on "Run Immediately" than Submit.
