Hi all
Can I configure Hardware media resources like conference and transcoder in remote breanches to be registered with CUCM if WAN connection down so the media resources will be registered with CME/SRST router
this what I am thinking to do:
sccp ccm 10.10.10.10 identifier 1 version 6.0+ first CUCM
sccp ccm 10.10.10.11 identifier 2 version 6.0+ 2nd CUCM
sccp ccm 12.12.12.12 identifier 3 version 6.0+ CME Router
sccp ccm group 1
associate ccm 1 priority 2
associate ccm 2 priority 1
associate ccm 3 priority 3
telephony-service
! CME SRST CONFIGURATION

Hi, YES you can and this is proved solution. This is how the SRST router DSP can be used for Xcoding and Conferencing to recover the disaster. Even it will re-register to CUCM back while the WAN is up again without any issue!
But dont' forget to configure the CME accurately!
HTH.
Thanks,
